Terms of Services

Agreement

You must follow the rules we’ve outlined here. If you break any of these rules, we may immediately stop providing our services to you.

As a Web Hosting Provider (WHP), we help our customers access and share all kinds of information online. We want everyone to know their rights and responsibilities when using the Internet. This policy explains those things in simple terms.

The Internet doesn’t belong to anyone, including us. This means people have to be careful about what they do online.

We can’t check everything people do, so it’s up to users to use the Internet responsibly. We can’t be held responsible for any harmful or wrong information found online.

When people share information online, they need to understand that we don’t check or take responsibility for what they share. Users are responsible for what they post, just like authors are responsible for what they write. If people share harmful stuff online, they can get into trouble, and it can also harm our reputation.

Here are some things users shouldn’t do:

1. Sending lots of unwanted emails (spamming)

2. Overusing server resources

3. Breaking copyright laws

4. Sharing inappropriate content

5. Saying harmful things about others

6. Trying to hack into other people’s computers

7. Spreading viruses or harmful software

8. Breaking laws about exporting software

9. Doing anything else that could harm others or our reputation

It’s mainly the user’s responsibility to avoid these harmful activities. We won’t check what everyone does, but if we find something harmful, we’ll take action, like removing the content or stopping the service.

We know some of our customers offer hosting services too. We don’t expect them to check everything their customers do, but they should help if there’s a problem.

We care about your privacy, but remember, online communication isn’t always secure. While we try to protect your privacy, we might have to share information if the law requires us to.

We’re not responsible if your data gets lost due to a server failure, but we do back up our systems every day. It’s your responsibility to back up your site too.

We hope this policy helps you understand how to use the Internet responsibly. If you break these rules, we may stop providing our services to you without warning.

Remember, no download sites allowed! If we find you’re breaking this rule or any other, we can stop providing our services to you permanently
